Mark Carter has been the Managing Director of CoolAir since 1990. With over 40 years experience within the air conditioning industry, Mark is able to bring a vast wealth of technical and managerial expertise to any sized project.
Joanne Knowles has been the Business Director at CoolAir since 2003. With a high level academic background in economics, law, and finance – her skills ensure that our company is able to offer the very best to our clients.
Evie Davis – Social Media & Employee Liaison Manager
Evie has an extensive background in small business administration at the entrepreneurial end. As the youngest member of our team, she offers the company her knowledge of the various social media platforms which are regularly updated in liaison with our engineers. It is important that our social media is a reflection of our actual day to day work.
Paula Jenner – Maintenance Administrator
Paula has an extensive background in financial administration. The skills she has brought to our company are invaluable when it comes to keeping our maintenance databases and other certain databases in order.
Justine Wilkinson – Customer Service
Justine has a customer service and teaching/communications background spanning over 20 years, and CoolAir is able to benefit from her wide range of skills in these departments.
