CoolAir offers a value for money 1, 3 or 5 year fixed price maintenance agreement. This means that the cost of your service will remain the same (with no increase) for the duration of your agreement.
Payment for maintenance only becomes due after the work has been completed. Our clients tell us that they appreciate the fact that unlike some companies, CoolAir doesn’t make any charges for maintenance in advance of the work being carried out. In this way, they can rely on the fact that the job gets done properly before they pay.
Once the maintenance has been carried out to your satisfaction, our engineer will write out a job sheet, leaving you with a copy. This will then be followed by an invoice being mailed out to you.

No Small Print
Our clients appreciate the fact that our maintenance agreements are simply that, – an agreement. They are not contracts that tie you in for fixed periods and they therefore have no small print, except the payment terms. And unlike fixed contracts from other air conditioning companies, with our agreement there are no penalties whatsoever.

Maintenance Costs
With our regular maintenance agreement, the costs per system (one indoor and one outdoor unit) can cost from as little as £27.00 per unit (ex. vat).
A One Off Maintenance For Your System?
In the event that you only require a one off maintenance, please call us and we will organise that for you. Even if we didn’t install your air conditioning, we would be more than happy to advise and look after it for you.
